Jessica

Right when Jess got in contact with me about her Senior Pictures, I knew the session was going to be so much fun. It was absolutely hilarious trying to get her to smile, so most of her pictures were of her laughing. But she's so gosh darn beautiful without even trying that even when she wasn't paying attention to the camera, the shots were unbelievably gorgeous.

We started in a short alley in downtown Renton. She wasn't a fan of the bees, plus we were in a sketchy area, so we quickly took some shots and were off. We moved onto a brick building a couple block away where we captured several giggles. 

We then moved on to Renton hill, which is really just a small path up to a sitting area. Here I tried to capture her stunning eyes. And luckily, she worked with me and let me get a close up.

Jess brought at least seven outfits and insisted on wearing each and everyone. So that means we got to have several different backgrounds. She really like a red-painted wood wall in the same area we had been. 

She also wanted to try out some railroad tracks pictures.

After this session, we were all tired but super excited to see the results. It was such a great experience to be able to do this for Jess.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth and I went up to Kubota Gardens in Skyway on Friday. Having so many beautiful backgrounds in one location was a major time saver, and we managed to take over 350 pictures.

She is drop dead gorgeous. I absolutely loved getting closeups because of her stunning eyes.

Some of the girls in our stake named her "Arizona" a few weeks ago, and she held true to her hometown by bringing her cowboy to the shoot.

Stephen

This past Tuesday, August 20th, I had the amazing opportunity to photograph my best friend Stephen's Senior Portraits. 

We had so much fun going around to different places, trying funny poses and ending up with a lot of blurry photos- both of us were laughing so hard. 

He has such strong features, my favorite is his jawline. I kept telling him to put on his "tough" face because I wanted to accentuate it.  

We started out at Gene Coulon Beach Park, where the above shot was taken. The sun was casting shadows, but he still managed to look absolutely amazing in every shot. 

We then moved on to Clark Lake Park, which is my new favorite location. The tall, brown grass is surprisingly beautiful and Stephen definitely worked it. 

He has the biggest, most contagious smile I've ever seen. 

But what really got me was his teasing half smile. Plus his broad shoulders and confidence. I melted. 

After that little adventure, we moved on to Lake Meridian. 

Usually Stephen is just this bundle of super positive energy, but I had him sit down and do whatever pose he wanted, and I can't get over the resulting image.

He just looks so peaceful and calm, it was a great last photo. 

I am so grateful to have been able to photograph Stephen. The best part is that this is only part 1 of his pictures. I'm beyond excited for his football pictures in the next few weeks.

Jennifer

I had the opportunity today to photograph my sister today, and I just think she is too gorgeous for her own good. 

She wanted to curl her hair too so we had to race the sun. It turned out extremely well.

There are so many amazing opportunities awaiting in the next few weeks. I'm so grateful to be able to share this talent with so many beautiful people.
